Blenko Surf Green?

Can someone please help me determine the maker of this piece?  Is it Blenko Surf Green? Please note the piece is smooth.  There is a reflection from the table in the picture.

The bottom isn't saying Blenko.  While not everything they produced has a pontil, thought the vast majority does and some do have ground bottoms, however, something in this shape would have a pontil, and it would not have ground in the manner this one has been.

Thank you for the information.  Any ideas on a different maker that I should pursue?

The other West Virginia Glass makers who produced goods similar to Blenko have bottoms like Blenko. The only bottom this reminds me of is those found on bowls produced by or for IKEA, so it could well be a more modern production.
