fees deductions

hi everyone. WE all members of eBay buying or selling for the benefit of our pockets my Q. to EBAY MANAGEMENT( or suggestion) when we make a sell  of anything eBay deduct the fees before getting paid and WE have to wait 3/4 days to reach the bank, so how about eBay to deduct fees AFTER the $$ get to the bank, suppose someone has to pay some bills and forgot to minus the fees that will coast 35 $  insufficient balance .thanks

But they want you to mail items to buyer before you get your monies. 3 days which means mail sooner, or loose you good standing with e-Bay. We will all miss PayPal.
