I have paid many items for years on Ebay, with credit cards and PayPal Account.
On march 29th, I made 2 payments which went fine, then on the 3rd it said it could not process it.
Tried 3 different credit (2 VISA and one MC) cards and always the same message. Even tried opening a new PayPal Account, same issue.
Contacted my credit cards, they all work fine (and way below my 100k limit) and say they receive the requests from Paypal and Ebay and send a valid response but still eBay / PayPal keeps rejecting.
You would think that PayPal would have a help line... but now "due to covid 19" its shutdown.. so you would think they have a message center... they do.. but due to "covid 19" : "sorry no one is available please read our help".
I have payments due to auction I won, I had to cancel a few already, please give me a contact line to sort this out.
