Why does Ebay payout some items faster than others?

So I've been selling a few items recently. I noticed that one that I sold on Tuesday, I already got my payout, but yet ones I sold last week and before are still on hold? Does anyone know why this is? & These payouts are being estimated until Halfway in August.. makes no sense to me.

It's been awhile since you sold anything, so you're treated as a new seller.

New sellers, they can hold the funds for 30 days.

I don't know why, but they might let 1 or 2 payments go through before they start holding the funds.
