Refund for "item not received"

Hello,

I had someone purchase an item, request local pickup, pay and then decide they didn't want to pick it up. I had them request a refund but the payment is on hold and I have to pay them with my credit card?

Re: Refund for "item not received"

Just looking at the events, it looks like the original sale is still "processing" or "On Hold"

(those funds are not yet available to fund your account)

A "Refund" is in real-time, so you may have to cover that with your funding source for your MP account until the original sale funds are released, at which time those funds will then be available to transfer to your bank to replace the funds you "fronted" for the refund.....

oh, nice speakers (o:

...hope I made sense.....

Re: Refund for "item not received"

Yes, if you don't have the avaliable funds to cover the refund, you have to cover the refund.

When the buyers payment is avaliable, the funds will be sent to your checking account.

Have a great day
