Payments returned to originator

Payments I had sent to my cash app bank account where it's always worked previously it said that it failed the deposit and it was returned to the originator. But I do not see the money return to me on eBay

Cash App is not an option for payouts.

You need a checking account through a real bank.

Mine is doing the same thing. I use chase bank not cash app.
