Payment button on invoices missing

The layout for the invoice seems to have changed. There is now no button to pay, the invoice is just plain text.

And at the top of the page when I send an invoice, it says -

How do you like our page?

Tell us what you think

so this suggests something has changed. 

I've been in contact with customer support but they haven't helped.
