I've seen a lot of posts from sellers concerned about losing a payment dispute as well as others replying to those posts advising not to fight it.... that's totally wrong and you should be fighting it as long as you meet the seller protection criterias.
Customer filed a chargeback through their bank back in March, we submitted the tracking # showing it was delivered and didn't hear anything for 3 MONTHS. Only today did we hear something back and it went something like ...
The payment dispute was found in your favor. You don't have to pay anything back and no further action is needed from you.
If you do it right and follow the requirements, you'll be fine ... eventually.

Some follow the proper procedure and it fails:
Three months??
That is also strange in your case.
Way to much time for the financial to decide. Sound like you got lost in the shuffle: good for you it seems.
May have been the reason you won.
