How do I get a pay out back from the wrong bank?

If you have an account at the bank where it went to,  you can get it from that bank yourself.  If you no longer have an account there, the payment likely did not go through and is holding with the payment service your using. In that case, contact them.

Your Payout went to the bank/account that you entered on your own Account - did you double check that and make any corrections or changes?

If you need to speak with eBay directly (we are volunteers here, not eBay) you can do that from your Seller Hub> Payments Summary page. Look to the lower right corner of your screen for the "?", click that to activate the Help box, then click "Have us call you"

The payout can NOT go to the wrong bank..... It only goes to the bank account information YOU give.
