Managed payments issues

Our very first payout failed (declined). Ebay said first it is probably because something is wrong with the account or we typed it in incorrectly. That is impossible, we already paid fees with the same account and Ebay had no issue to charge that to the very same checking account directly.. That means they do have a connection just fine, only when it comes to payouts is when the error occurs.

There is no answer about what is the issue, they opened a ticket and will call again within 48 hrs....

They've been running this "experiment" for way over a year now, still can't provide a smooth experience...unbelievable...

Welcome to the New BETTER eBay. Better for them, not you.

Many, many complaints for the same problem here. No solutions.

Just a little update: they might have fixed something,because they tried the same payout again today and now it shows "completed".

I will now wait and see if it actually shows up on the business account...

Final update. The money has actually arrived the next morning (!) on our bank account, and the second payment was posted by Ebay last night as well which we expect to see soon.

We wanna be fair here: if this is how will it work in the future, then then this system is not as bad as we thought (except the weekend waits and the technical errors at the beginning), and the customer service fixed our issue quite fast.
