Immediate payouts issue

Is anyone else having issues with immediate payouts? I sent a payout at about 1pm today and it is now about three and a half hours later and my (immediate) 30 minutes or less payment is still processing. This has never happened before it's either went through quickly or it kicked it back and said that it didn't go through. There is no eBay chat available at this time to chat.

Me too! Sorry to hear you're having a problem, but glad to know it's not just me because I can't get any answers from anyone. I sent a payout for $100 at around 1:30pm and after an hour it had not arrived in my account. So, I tried again  - this time with the balance owed to me. Same thing - nothing in the bank. I'm using the same payout debit card I've always used. I called eBay and they had no answers. So I called my bank, they don't see anything incoming.  I'm baffled. This has never happened before. It's always been that I see the money in the bank almost instantly when I use express payout.
