Your message is confusing because, under this ID, don't see any sold items or current listings.
You are in SriLanka, so any money you earned on eBay would have gone to the Payoneer account that you (hopefully) set up.

Get a Payoneer account.
Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.
It'll take a few weeks to get everything approved.

Ensure that you have a valid and active payment method linked to your eBay account. PayPal is a commonly used payment method on eBay, but eBay has transitioned to managed payments, which means you may have other options available to receive payments directly to your bank account.
As a new seller or if you have limited selling history, eBay may place a hold on your funds for a certain period of time. This is done to protect buyers and sellers from potential issues, such as disputes or returns. The hold period can vary, but typically it is around 21 days or until you establish a positive selling history.
Once you have shipped the item to the buyer, make sure to provide the tracking information on the eBay platform. This helps confirm that the item has been shipped and can assist in releasing the funds sooner.

All new sellers have a waiting period so, I suggest you start with low priced items so your not waiting on a lot of money. Also you want to have some feedback before you try to sell high value items. No legit bidder will bid much on a new zero feedback seller. You will only attract scammers.

Pay Pal is no longer an option for sellers to be paid and it hasn't been for a few years now.

NO, Paypal is not commonly used to receive buyers payments.
It is NOT an option.

Your reply is very misleading.
Sri Lanka has no other option except a Payoneer account.

If you have listed before you're approved to sell then you might not ever get paid.
First you link a Payoneer account to eBay because your payouts will go into your Payoneer account. Payoneer lets you know right away if you're successfully linked.
Then you must wait until eBay activates your selling account. That takes 2-4 weeks after linking accounts to get approved to sell. eBay will send you an email when you're all set. Your listing limits will vary.
Since you don't know how to get paid I believe you listed before you were approved to sell. That's risky because they might not approve you to sell. (Not veryone is approved to sell here.)
