How to contact actual person customer service rep?

The package was lost by USPS so refund was issued to buyer. Now the package was delivered by USPS to buyer, and he doesn't know how to pay for the item, again.
Please help!

Hi @small_wonders2 . Zero need to contact customer service. Buyer cannot repay through the original transaction. Your options:

- Relist the item on eBay but change the shipping to "local pickup" then the buyer can re-purchase the item and there will be no need to ship.

- Arrange payment through a third party like PayPal, Venmo, etc - anything that works for both you and the buyer.

exactly what @wastingtime101 suggested...

IMHO the easiest is the local pickup with a new listing...the buyer will get a 6 digit code that can be used to satisfy the "pickup" and your obligation to deliver........

(in case you were wondering as to how to list and add a tracking number to prove delivery)

This is no longer an eBay transaction. They hosted the listing, found the customer, and got paid for their work.

Send the customer a Paypal invoice and let them pay it.

Fees were credited back to seller when refund was issued @femmefan1946 (unless seller fought the claim and eBay forced the refund, that is).

However the transaction is formally closed out so either option I presented above is acceptable.

Buyer has your address. Money order in an envelope does the deed.
