I had a customer purchase an item (they have 0 feedback). Payment went through okay, I shipped the item, then a week or so later it was returned to me with a bad address. Messaged the buyer that the address was bad, she double checked and said yes indeed she had entered her address wrong and I needed to reship to the correct address. Since it was her mistake she's willing to pay the extra shipping cost I incurred, but I don't know how to request it through eBay? It's not fair to me to lose so much money on my item because the PO is obviously not going to refund me the first label and it was a newbie mistake from the buyer. What can I do?

Hey @nillyp This is my standard advice for RTS (returned to sender) packages. Take the parts that are relevant to your situation.
You have a few options. You should decide which route you'll be taking and communicate with the buyer, but wait until the item is returned (and delivered) to you before you take any of the following actions.
