I am desperate! About one? two? years ago I failed to update my account before deadline. Since then I have been unable to sell anything. I have been helped by half-a-dozen or so agents to no avail. One agent said she would refer me to a technician, who would get back to me in a few days. Nothing heard.
Each agent goes over the same ground, checking my registration, etc. Always ends up "Oops--something went wrong, please try again later." I don't expect anyone in the Community to "fix" my problem, but I would like to know how I can contact someone at Ebay, such as a real technician, or a supervisor, Or anyone beside an agent who can get me reinstated. I have a perfect record of over 200 transactions. Account: K6SDA

I'm not sure whether you can get through to a "real technician" or a supervisor without starting out with a customer service rep.
The best approach might be to contact eBay customer service on their Facebook page. Send a private message with your member id and a brief explanation (as you've provided here) in just a couple of sentences. A customer service rep will get back to you for more details. They may hook you up with a member of the "payments team."

I'm not sure if you have one issue or two. When you failed to update your account before the deadline a year or so ago, was that for signing up for MP or was it for something else? It is important to know if you are dealing with one problem and the continuation of that problem or two different problems.
As far as the info that MP needs for registration, read through this as it will help you avoid some common mistakes.
