It's weird that 100% of Sri Lankans say the identical thing- buyers can't pay.
You never see my card was declined or why can't I pay or are payments down or any other wording saying I'm having trouble paying. It's always the same tnree words.
Sometimes I get the feeling they are just copying other posts which means they already know there's a problem and the problem is on their end. so why are there endless posts over the same thing?
Is this their first debit card purchase they tried to pay? I know if my card was rejected and I had money in the bank to cover it I would be raising holy hell with my bank.
@nilapushpa-40 you live in Sri Lanka and yet you're not aware your government allows banks to limit foreign purchases when foreign reserves are low? This has been a problem going on a couple of years now. Other posters from Sri Lanka says cards issued by Sampath Plc and Hatton National aren't ever blocked.
