If the owner of the book had been a pilot in the Troop Carrier Group and it could have been verified that he flew in Market Garden, it would have made the group more valuable.

As it is, I would suggest documenting what you have and sell everything as a group.

Hi Everyone! I recently found a trunk full of us military stuff that someone was throwing out. it came with a decontamination kit and some clothes and a couple other odds and ends, but there is a flak jacket that came with it, and i would like to know how much it is worth. it has M-1952-3A on it. I havent been able to find out much about it online, and i was looking to possibly sell it to a collector that would apprieciate it more, but i would like to know it's true value. It is in great condition, and came with a browning machine gun keys/shims on a chain in the pocket. says fire on one, no fire on the other. if anyone can tell me anything about these item i would be vrey happy! Thanks so much.

Depends on what the map is of and what country produced the map.

A photo would be helpful.

NEED HELP IDENTIFYING SHOULDER BOARD!!!!!!

Can anyone help me identify this shoulder board? My father told me he retireved it from a German soldier around the time of the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium. He also got a THIRD REICH 1st OCTOBER 1938 medal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The shoulder board is an army feldwebel (Sgt) in Recon (Yellow). The stars and the skull and crossbones are not German and they are not original to the board.

The 1st October medal is to comemorate the incorporation of Czechoslovokia.

Hi, I am going to list the items pictured below - A Marine Corps Cap,
Jacket and Medals. My question is whether it would be better
to list them together or separately. Do collectors prefer items to
remain together, or would they rather have a chance to buy the item
they want without having to purchase everything. I'm not even sure
these items actually belong together. Any guidance would be
very much appreciated. Thanks!

It is a Korean War era flak jacket. Lighter than its WWII counterpart. They were still bulky and hot and uncomfortable, and they did little to stop large caliber ordnance.

It is in good shape and has nice tag. Should do pretty well.
