It is signed and is from Pueblo Vilio Upper Gila Valley Arizona. It is large, about 12" diameter. It is old and made out of clay. I can not find any info on it anywhere. Does anyone know the value or what it is? Thank you

Clifton Pottery was founded by William Long in Newark, New Jersey, in 1905. He worked there until 1909 making lines including Crystal Patina and Clifton Indian Ware. Clifton Pottery made art pottery until 1911 and then concentrated on wall and floor tile. By 1914 the name had been changed to Clifton Porcelain and Tile Company. Crystal Patina had a crystalline glaze. Indian Ware had a glossy black interior and an unglazed exterior.

Don't know a value, but it says - Pueblo VIEJO Upper Gila Valley - in Arizona. Might start your search there.

Note that in the link provided by ersatz_sobriquet, which you accepted as the solution, it is Pueblo Viejo.
