What happened to item with Global Shipping & Canada? - computer glitch?

Hello:

 Bought a book, went to Global shipping, left Global shipping on way to Canada.. got here.. cleared Customs in Toronto, THEN went back to Iowa, then to Ohio, now back at Global shipping!    any ideas what happened, received no email on it and sent seller info on what happened.. Canad Post no idea say contact seller!    or a computer glitch in system?

I was going to say could it be a restricted item for your country, but a book ? 

I would call GSP and see what they can tell you

Frankly, since it had already cleared Customs, I'm curious as to why it should be returned to the GSP center.  Was it suppose to finally be delivered by Canada Post or some other carrier?

Hello:

 Wow... now it IS in Canada but at a courier company.. should be out delivery tomorrow.     I think this may have been a computer glitch at GS.. as they sent me another email saying processed and sent look for it.. and a tracking bar.

 I already lost one book a seller was to re-ship because she could not understand my address and I told her how to write it then got an email saying she tried to get it back because it may have been messed up.. but now have not heard from her in 2 weeks.. and no item shipped.. but can't do anything till Aug.3 try get refund...

Update!!!        1st all AGAHGAHAGHGAHG!!         Ok, the book from New York came yesterday BUT with the OREGON sellers tracking number,   so that book did not come ... I sent a message to her saying what happened but no reply, when she looks on the tracking site it will say DELIVERED.. but it was not it was the OTHER book...

 At this point I am totally confused how the NY book got the Oregon tracking number...  

Should I wait to see if the Oregon sellers book arrives?   or what to do....
