Used Car Parts getting worse

Tried several different times for a used 2009 durango navigation stereo system. One after another of defective parts from sellers. I know the used car market is in really bad shape but I feel like ebay is sticking their head in the sand on how sellers are abusing the market.

There's no way they can check every item to see of it's any good, that's why they have their MBG.

If a seller starts getting a lot of returns, Ebay does notice and they will deal with them.

Are you opening a Not As Described Claim on those unuseable items?
It does take you some time and effort, but the seller has to pay return shipping and may have other problems with their account.

Can we assume that you're flashing these units, and they're still not working properly?

are these "plug n play" items ?

I cannot just source a plain old radio w/CD for my Sierra, and have it work.

Operation is tied to the vehicle VIN that it came from and takes additional actions to make it work in my vehicle.  ie... dealer programming
