Why does it not give me the option of payoneer to pay for my products?

Do you see Payoneer as a payment option on the listing? It's my understanding that Payoneer is only being used as a payment processor for sellers and not a payment option for buyers.

Because it's not one of the payment options that Ebay provides.

Buyers on eBay cannot use Payoneer as a means of payment. It is the means by which sellers obtain money. You can see what payment methods you can use at the web address below.

Transfer it from your Payoneer account to your PayPal account. Problem solved.

That is possible only if you have a US paypal account. For all other countries, the only way to use the money from Payoneer balance is to transfer it to a bank account. This is very annoying and in my opinion is a degradation of the older service.

I think it should be noted that Payoneer wasn't accepted as a payment processor on eBay until a short time ago. Because PayPal can only be used to make payments, not to process them in some countries such as Sri Lanka, the option for sellers in those countries to use Payoneer to accept payments was added. The other option is for the members in those countries to still not be able to sell on eBay.

The accepted payment methods For buyers are PayPal, PayPal Credit, debit and credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.  You must pay using one of the methods you see in the payment details in the listing.

This is very dumb. I buy and sells stuff on ebay, so when I sell something I receive money on payoneer but if I want to use that money to buy something I have to first withdraw the money to my bank account and then send it to paypal which means I have to go twice through an exchange rate that is not favourable to me as I am not based in the US. Brilliant!! Paypal was easier and way faster.

PayPal did not renew their contract with eBay so that ship has sailed.

As I can understand from above, the Payonner has been established to rob the international sellers.  I don't believe this old platform can have this type of dumb payment policy in 20s of the 21st century.
