Ebay sided with seller after I received an item not as described

Has anyone ever had Ebay side with a seller after providing proof an item was received not as described. Seller indicated no damage to glass but when the lamp arrived it had a chip that had been repaired. Ebay said they described item accurately. Chip/repair was never shown or disclosed in description or pictures.

You need to file an appeal of the decision.

Must be an error, eBay never sides with the seller.

@nwolf27

If they sided with the seller on an INAD, there must have been something in the listing they seen.

Have a great day

You did open a Return request, right? Those always make the buyer whole, no? I'd appeal if I lost an INAD Return.

Good luck to you.

Well that's certainly not good. As I'm going through the exact same issue.

Apparently buyers now have to accept receiving the wrong item.

Ebay = worse than ever.

Rubbish, if you file the correct claim and follow procedures the MBG will work in your favour 100% of the time.

We see you here complaining regularly, maybe you lost your coverage.
