request closed but item is still not received

i had a problem when i received damaged item and opened a request.

seller said he can refund money or send another one. i said send me another item he said he will and i closed the request.

2 months and no messages or item from seller. how do i open the request again for the same item?

Once a case is closed with ebay, you cannot reopen it. Try opening a case with payapl.
