The "take action" button takes me to a pink page that says their server is down. For 4 weeks? Really? And Customer Service will not address this or send me to the right person, or even issue a help ticket to their technical support. They are so lazy. I had Gib fighting to get me off the phone, promised a follow up email within minutes for seller dashboard issues and I finally had to call 2 days later. This is so disappointing.
