Im trying to cancel a sale to a buyer who seems to be a fraud. Didnt pay for item, 0 feedback, new account. I opened a case aganst him about a week ago but the status is still "Waiting for buyer to confirm cancel". Obviously the buyer will never confirm the cancel because he is a fraud just trying to waste my time! I just want the fee credit because it is a lot of money! Please help! Thanks!
You should have filed for unpaid item instead of cancelling the transaction. You have to wait 10 days to close the cancel case - and only 6 days for the UPI. Plus, they wouldn't be able to leave feedback. But now your buyer can. And if they deny the cancellation, you lose your fees.
