Identify Cameo

I need help with identifying and placing a value on this pin. I have had it tested and it is 10k gold but there are no marks on it ANYWHERE. Help! ThanksShell

The turned up or "pointy" nose dates your cameo to post World War II.  To my eye, it appears to date to the 1960s (give or take.)
