Even though the option exists in your listing of " No Returns ", unfortunately that does not mean No Refunds !!

The Ebay Buyer Protection Plan over rides your policy, and almost guarantees that a claim filed against you ( such as a SNAD..) will result in the buyer getting a refund without having to return your item to you.

While this is not fair, you can prevent this from happening in the future by changing you auction listings to ' accept returns'.

People confuse accepting returns with giving refunds. If you sell on eBay, you give returns.

There are many legitimate business that have a "no returns" policy................Most any auto parts store has a "no returns on electrical items" policy, computer stores have a "no returns on opened software" policy .. you cant go into Safeway and return a half eaten bag of cookies, you cant return a worn shirt to Macys.... only eBay/PAYPAL forces returns for any reason whatsoever within 45 days (buyer only needs to claim SNAD)

eBay is not in the selling business, they're a selling venue. The sellers, like yourself, are in the business of selling on this venue and buyers use this venue to purchase your item.

Just like all the Sports Venues:

It's eBlechs playing field and they set the rules.

And it's their ball, their markers , their goalposts, their sidelines, and they have the TV rights too.
