Is Something Called Meest a Real Thing or Scam?

So the buyer, is in Ukraine, but wants me to ship to an address in Delaware? He says he buys them and imports things via something called Meest? The address in Delaware is like a complex building (suite A) type thing. Does this sound legit?

If the buyer provides eBay with the address and the post office verifies it is a ligit address, I am not sure what the problem is??  I am sure at this point you must have handled the order.

I get orders from China and they have me ship it to Oregon, I guess it gets put on a ship and goes to China where they can copy and mass produce my original artwork.  What can you do???
