eBay is a buyers paradise..the buyer can do no wrong, just the seller all the time. I dont think ebay even reads emails sent from the seller. Make to many sellers mad and you wont have to worry about keeping seller happy. They will have nothing to buy. I have removed all my listing...

I too assume it was the Doll, he listed it as "new" and then he goes on in the description to say "ski outfit missing poles and skis" but then says "Completed set". This was a SNAD waiting to happen and begging for a partial. It's not new if it's missing parts.

You are right, eBay is a buyers paradise, buyers rule on eBay, everybody knows this.  You need to state your problem here to get help. eBay (USA) has no email, Only phone or these answer boards. Your account is 15 years old and I think it would be a shame to just give up and let something get the better of you. Good Luck to you.
