The changes to the "Refund a buyer" form/page do not make any sense. I

Also not a fan of the new listing UI. Waaaay too many clicks to do
anything. And you can't see all of your listing specifics at once (death
by pop-overs). Glad there was a way to go back.
The paypal.com/shipnow option seems to only let you ship from a stored
address on your PayPal account. For a return label I would need to be
able to input the buyer's address as the ship from... unless I'm missing
an option to edit and add free text ...
