I got this invitation this afternoon and went for it.Each time I selected a regional site ebay told me that "This promotion is by invitation only"I wonder who writes this quality of software for ebay. I retired 30 years ago and can still write better...

I have a letter from the French Post Ofice which tells me that an item I bought on ebay has been returned to the sender by the customsThere doesnt seem to be any way of demanding a refund when the item has not been delivered for this reason

Ebay.com tells me that my carrier is not recognised by them and therefore this will count against my seller performance.How many other countries are there that ebay doesnt recognise the National Post office as a carrier?
