I noticed through checking on tracking that a customer's package is
coming BACK to me. The customer was on vacation and claims they had
their mail held with the USPS. How do I get it back to the customer
without any further cost?
I was just contacted by one of my buyers who said she tried leaving me 5
stars in feedback but was only able to leave 4 stars for 2 entries. She
wanted to know if there was a way to fix the 4 stars to make them 5
