This past week, it is near impossible in automated chat to get an agent
on the phone. Did eBay fire a bunch of agents? They will only take
emails now to answer questions. What is going on with this website?

their sellers, who are also their bread and butter. Shipping supplies

eBay has terrible customer service and treats their sellers like
garbage. I listed an item that sold for $500 with over $100 shipping.

Probably wouldn't try it. I give too much percentages for promotion
already. This service used to be built in and eBay items were visible on
Google. No thanks. They take enough milk from me every month.
Oh, and one more thing. 0 notification that they were updating/ changing
the program. They did it stealth mode without notifying the sellers. If
they did notify us, then it must have been buried somewhere.

Don't use eBay charity. It is a mess. I donate on my own. It will just
hurt your standing. Donated for years until this year on eBay. The whole
system is messed up and they blame you.
