A buyer purchased an item that USPS tracked as "delivered in mailbox".
He purchased the item on May 13 and it was delivered on May 18. Is there
a way to remove this feedback? I haven't sold much this year, so my
feedback took a hit.
I didn't want to get into a confrontation with the buyer. He purchased
the item 25 days before his negative feedback. He didn't message me
prior to that. He has also left the same review to a previous seller. My
feedback rating went from 100% to 90% ...
My negative feedback was removed within 10 minutes. I blocked the buyer,
then used the Feedback Removal Tool and provided the tracking number and
stated that it was delivered. I hope this can help someone else!
