Trying to list as normal, and when i get to shipping, all my policies
are gone, and its trying to make me make new ones, i try to make a new
one and its giving me an internal application error.. What gives on this

You arent being charged 2 times.. Ebay used to save it to where you
could pay with your available funds.. now everytime you print a label,
you have to choose at the bottom of the page where the funds come out
of.. its stupid.. they need to have a way...
