I keep getting a message that items I'm trying to bid on have export restrictions. No "export" is involved since I'm an American citizen living within the United States. **bleep** is the problem?????

Since when is Missouri not part of the US of A? I noticed today that I can't bid on items which have export restrictions.

In this case, the system caused me to bid again myself when I raised my high bid limit.
