eBay MANAGED PAYMENTS DEBITING MY BANK ACCOUNT

For Monthly subscriptions and other fees...I have -102.00 showing in my dashboard and an email stating that the fees will come out of my bank account, I had set it up SO I THOUGHT for the monthly subscriptions and stuff to be taken from a credit card...

Hellllppp please... I switched to managed payments 2 weeks ago ...

Why am I being charged? I signed up a couple of weeks ago for Managed Payments, I was in the process of listing just now & when I went to submit the listing it said that it was .25 cent .. I know that I have used up my 350 for my Basic Store for this...
