It's unopened can't take battery out of package. Opening package will
ruin the value. Isn't there special requirement for shipping batteries?

I haven't been charged through eBay payments for my last 5 transactions
shipping labels. One was a $40 UPS label the rest was USPS. It's not
coming out of eBay payments. I can't find any records of the
transactions. I liked paying for shipping labels...
I bought a UPS label for the first time ever yesterday. I don't have a
UPS account. My email receipt said "billed after use". What does that
mean? Do they charge my eBay payment account? When? Thanks in advance.

Come on eBay. Do something. I'm a book buyer and I still haven't
received items I ordered a month ago. I understand the USPS is backed up
with three times the volume as Christmas. Pressure them to allow OT so
eBay item can get delivered. TYVM!
