Only 30 of my 140 listings are eligible for offers. But more than 30
have watchers and aren't eligible. What criteria decides whether you can
send an offer or not, besides the number of watchers?

What stinks is how do we know what shipping will cost for our items now?
I don't know if the person buying it is in Milwaukee or California or
Texas! So I can't price my items with a flat shipping fee in mind. I'm
hating this.
I hate that I have to list my items through the desktop site on my phone
to access the 30-day duration. Even if I try to relist an item that was
previously a 30-day listing, it becomes a "good until canceled" listing.
