She is dated 1966 and is 19 inches tall. I thought maybe she was the Coco doll but they are listed as 21 inches any information would be appreciated.

This doll is dated 1966 she seems to have the Coco face but everything I have read said the Coco doll is 21 inches but this doll measures 19 inches and has brown/yellow eyes. I would appreciate any information on her.
