I live outside Houston & would be interested in meeting up with a group of ladies to thrift with, etc.

A couple of times per wk I receive a message allowing me to send an offer to 1 or 2 of my listings. What constitutes an item being allowed to receive an offer? I cannot send offers any other way.

Looking for EBAY sellers in my area for potential group meet ups.
