A couple of times per wk I receive a message allowing me to send an offer to 1 or 2 of my listings. What constitutes an item being allowed to receive an offer? I cannot send offers any other way.
eBay allows sellers to send offers if an item has been added to a watch list, has been added to a cart, or has been viewed more than once by a user that has not opted out of receiving offers or has not already received an offer for that item.
