eBay

This seller is upset that I won an item not as described case against him... and he posted this on facebook. Now I have a bunch of returns and nonsense going on now. This is against eBay policy isnt it?

I am wondering, if ebay is handling the returns... what happens to the item? I understand that ebay will refund the buyer and all that Jazz... but where are the returns going?

Why is there feedback being left when I most definatly did not even get the chance to leave feedback yet?I did not leave this feedback. It shows up in my feedback profile as well, but I have no idea how it got there.
