I had the same problem with a "buyer" from Australia. After I blocked
him the first time, he returned as a BIN on the same item, but with 1
number changed on their username.
Thanks for this post! I saved you as a favorite seller after checking
out your store. I lived in Oahu (Ewa Beach) in the early 70s as a child,
