Curious to know if you ship Priority mail or USPS ground advantage? Why do you choose one over the other? I never use Priority because it costs more.

How does negative feedback work? Does it just automatically come off after a certain amount of time? Do you have to request for it to be taken off?

I just received a negative feedback that said didn't receive the heater, just the stand. I didn't have a heater for sale, he bought a shirt from me. I sent him a message and explained the above but he has not replied back. How do I get this taken off...
