After selling on eBay since 1999, both my personal and business account,
I finally did it. I mixed up 2 orders. Both gray colored clothing items,
but I could swear I processed the first one before I even pulled the
second one. Apparently not....Well,...
Just had a user with 0 feedback, 4 month old account, message me through
the "question about returns" option, and ask "Is this xxxxx still
available?" Sounds like a Facebook Marketplace message! How would you
all respond?
For 2 days I have been unable to list in the women's shorts category.
The listing page hangs up as soon as I try uploading photos. I tried

Started yesterday, went to add photos to an existing listing. The page
stops responding, can't add the pictures. Still can't add pictures to
existing listings. Now today, after creating 6 new listings, number 7

First, sorry if this post shows up in 2 places... Anyway, my eBay store
has always showed fewer items than actually listed. For example, I
currently have 503 listings, my store shows 477. Any ideas? Thanks!

Since I'm having the same issue, I decided to pack some sold items. Pick
an item, select "Purchase Shipping Label", and ....TADA!!!! All
dimensions and weight set to ZERO! Well, at least it looks like correct
shipping was charged, and entering in wei...

Well, the problem is so...weird and only affecting certain categories,
trying to "sell similar", or also, if during listing I realize I forgot
a picture or 2, I can't upload the added pictures via mobile, I have to
transfer the pics to my PC, then up...
Same here. At first it seemed confined to a single category. But now, I
can't edit existing auctions, I can't "Sell Similar", I can sometimes
get a random listing to take. I was the one having the problem in
