Maybe it has to do with how fast you upload tracking? I got marked down,
I had an incorrect tracking number and uploaded a group of numbers the
next day. Marking it shipped doesn’t help, the tracking needs to be
done.
I have 3 day handling time and offer free returns but this was actually
a recent change. I have had the fast and reliable on my listings for
some time. Prior I used first class now I just use ground advantage.
