The last three times I've tried to buy multiple items from the same seller and requested a total, ebay had said that the seller doesn't combine shipping. The sellers always say they combine shipping but say ebay won't let them adjust the postage. Wha...

Why does Ebay keep telling me that a seller doesn't combine shipping when I request a total? Yet when I contact the sellers they all combine shipping. If the seller doesn't combine shipping then the seller should tell me not Ebay.
