This buyer on eBay name terrhe_311832, is a scammer because on September 10th, they made an offer to buy my item at the listed price, I accepted their offer that same day and they still haven't released payment to me for item, I haven't shipped item out yet because I can tell this buyer is a scammer, then later on in that same day, they sent me this message through ebay messaging:

dear seller I would like you to text
here on this number (702)=805=3991
the physical conditions of this item
and some pictures thank you.

This buyer is trying to scam me because they are not suppose to list phone number for me to text them physical conditions and pictures of item, when there are already pictures of the item on my listing and they can see that the item is in good condition through the pictures I have on the listing.
And it says this buyer made their account the same day they made offer.
I have reported the buyers account to eBay but eBay doesn't seem to be doing anything about it.
Please help me to get this buyers account permanently banned and closed because they're a scammer and they violate eBay guidelines.
