I think a service like that would be quite helpful for, say, sellers who just discovered they can't give buyers negative feedback, or weren't aware FVFs were assessed on shipping and/or sales tax, or have no clue how the six-month-old unpaid item cancellation process works, or can't figure out why eBay is issuing them a 1099-K.
Yeah--I can think of a lot of sellers who would benefit from signing up for something like that.
